Acceptance of terms

By booking, attending, or participating in a session with Solful Kinesiology (in-person or via surrogate), or using any information or resources provided, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you should not proceed with our services.

Scope of Services

Solful Kinesiology provides holistic services including:

Kinesiology sessions (in-person and surrogate)
Complementary services such as Naturopathy, Homeopathy, and Massage (where available through allied partners)
Educational and wellness resources

These services are not intended to replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions. We work to complement, not substitute, traditional medical care. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns.

Client responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and current information about your health and wellbeing
Inform us of any significant changes to your physical, emotional, or mental health
Attend sessions in a timely manner or give sufficient notice of rescheduling or cancellation (see Section 5)
Use your own judgment when applying any recommendations or resources provided
Seek appropriate medical advice before adopting any new treatment or health practice

Informed consent

You acknowledge that:

Kinesiology and all associated practices are complementary modalities, and outcomes vary from person to person
Muscle testing and energy-based techniques are non-invasive and are not a substitute for medical advice
You voluntarily engage in treatment with the understanding of potential risks and benefits
You are free to stop treatment at any time without prejudice

For surrogate sessions (for children or distant healing), written or verbal consent must be provided by the legal guardian or the client directly, where appropriate.

Payment terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed
Accepted payment methods include: Tap to Pay, bank transfer and cash
Receipts will be provided upon request for rebate purposes where applicable
Coaching packages and session bundles must be used within the outlined timeframe; unused sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred with approval
Booking cancellations must be done 24 hours prior to booking. Cancellations shorter than 24 hours may incur a fee up to 50%.

Use of information and resources

Any materials, session notes, or lifestyle recommendations shared by Solful Kinesiology are for educational purposesonly. They:

Are not medical prescriptions or guarantees of specific outcomes
Must not be shared, republished, or distributed without written consent
Are intended for the personal use of the client only

Referral to allied partners

Solful Kinesiology may refer clients to allied or third-party practitioners (e.g., massage therapists, naturopaths). These practitioners operate independently. While Solful Kinesiology only refers trusted partners:

We are not responsible for the outcomes of third-party treatments
Clients are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence

Confidentiality and privacy

All client information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Queensland privacy regulations. We will not share your information without your consent, except when required by law. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for more details.

Risks and limitations

While we are committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment:

Every body responds differently to treatment
Emotional, energetic, or physical shifts may occur post-session
You accept responsibility for your participation and agree not to hold Solful Kinesiology or its partners liable for any discomfort, injury, or adverse outcome unless caused by proven negligence

Children and minors

For clients under 18:

A parent or legal guardian must provide consent
Sessions for children under 12 are typically conducted via surrogate with guardian involvement

Complaints and feedback

Solful Kinesiology values honest feedback. If you have any concerns:

If unresolved, you may refer your concern to the Health Ombudsman Queensland or Australian Kinesiology Association, depending on the nature of the complaint

Modification to terms

Solful Kinesiology reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and considered binding once published. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing laws

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled within this jurisdiction.
